The staff at Carolina Commercial Kitchen is always available to answer your questions, and we would love to give you a tour of the facility.
We can also help you get the permits and/or inspections you need.
Schedule an appointment to be permitted with the Mecklenburg County Health Department and/or an inspection with the Department of Agriculture. Make sure you reference Carolina Commercial Kitchen. Every one of our clients must be permitted here regardless of previous permits. The inspections will take place while you are working at Carolina Commercial Kitchen. Once your appointment has been made, please notify Carolina Commercial Kitchen by phone or email.
You and all of your employees must be ServSafe Certified to use CCK as your commissary.
