Carolina Commercial Kitchen was founded out of a need for a commissary kitchen that was lacking in the Charlotte area in 2012. Casey and Peggy Brawley were making Penny's Pimento Cheese and using a church kitchen and producing small orders. When their orders increased they knew they needed something of their own.
Casey had been in Real Estate with his father for many years and had an empty building no longer being used. Casey asked the landlord if he could transform it into a commercial kitchen. The rest of the story is history. Sadly, Casey passed away in June 2019 but his wife and their eldest son, Hunter continue to run Carolina Commercial Kitchen and are proud of the success of each and every client that comes through the door.
They strive to maintain a clean, safe working environment for all food producers looking for a commissary/ commercial kitchen in Charlotte, NC.
